PROJECT DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

Door dimensions were a sizeable 5000mm wide x 3500mm high and features 200mm wide slimline panel sizes with white powdercoated perforated mesh infills

Three specially designed radius curves allowed this door to expertly follow the contoured radii of this tenancy for optimum coverage.

ATDC’s portable expandable gates have been installed to secure the outdoor furniture for Hurricane’s Grill & Bar at Roscoe St, Bondi Beach in Sydney’s east.

PRODUCT DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

The 2m high trackless barriers operate on a series of steel T bases and industrial grade bottom castor wheels, making them completely mobile, flexible, and collapsible. They are a cost-efficient method for the employees to set up quickly for trade each morning and similarly to lock up the tables and chairs in situ quickly at night.

The barriers were powdercoated in a standard black satin finish. A pearl white colour option is also available as standard. Special powder-coated finishes are available at a premium.

Australian Trellis Door Co’s (ATDC)  premium folding closures and doors were recently installed at Stanhope Village Shopping Centre for Le Wrap, a retailer that specializes in made-to-order fresh wraps, plates, and salads.

PRODUCT DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

This White Dulux Duralloy powder coated door was manufactured with a heavy duty aluminium top track, and the curtain infill consisted of 300mm wide panels with a Perforated mesh infills which optimizes see through visibility, allows for ventilation to assist in preserving fresh and perishable foods, and therefore maximizing the display of merchandise.

Up/down locking mechanisms interspaced along the width of the door allow for seamless locking up without the need for any bottom tracking.

The door on this project was  5000 mm wide x 3500mm high. The optimum achievable height is 4500mm for this type of door, and the maximum span width is unlimited.

ATDC has designed and installed an Elegant commercial s06 bifolding door system to secure the new Mona Del Dry cleaners, which opened at Stanhope Village near Sydney.

PRODUCT DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

Project managed by Emerald Projects out of Glendenning, New South Wales a door approximately 5000mm wide x 4000mm wide was installed in a black satin powder coated finish.

This door system folds to the side in a scissor-like action, completely out of sight, suspended from an aluminium extruded top track, and suspended with industrial-grade top hangars to slide effortlessly for the operator

There is no floor track, and instead, the door locks seamlessly through the use of up/down engaging locking mechanisms placed along the door span.

The Australian Trellis Door Co  (ATDC) has completed an installation of its striking bi-folding door  to secure the Japan City shopfront, which opened recently at Westfield Hurstville

PRODUCT DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

The 5800mm wide x 3000mm high door’s curtain infill consisted of 300mm wide panel sections with clear polycarbonate infills for maximum through vision.

The door was finished in a professional natural clear anodised coating which is standard. Powder coated finishes are available on request at a premium charge.

ATDC has recently installed its GS3 folding glass door at St Dunstan’s Pre-School Kindergarten at Eastwood in Sydney. The door was installed as an internal system to partition and divide a hall area at the school.

PROJECT DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

The folding glass door on this project covered an opening area of 8500mm x 3000mm high and was configured with centrally hung glass panels each 500mm wide.

The system is suspended from commercial-grade hangars from a heavy duty extruded aluminium overhead track, which in turn is supported along its entire span by an overhead structural support beam.

The curtain infill on these doors is a 6.38mm translucent toughened safety glass. Locking is seamless by way of intermediate down locks along the entire door span.

There is no need for any floor tracking system, and accordingly, any potential trip hazard is avoided. The door folds neatly to the side and out of sight when not in use.

The door installed on this project was finished in anotec silver powdercoat.

Australian Trellis Door Co  (ATDC) has installed its spectacular folding closure door to secure the new Mecca tenancy which opened recently at Cairns Central Shopping Centre in Far North Queensland.

PRODUCT DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

This natural anodized finished bi-parting door was manufactured with a heavy duty extruded aluminium overhead track and the curtain infill consisted of 300mm wide stacking panels with perforated mesh which optimizes see through visibility and also ventilation.

Through the placement of a number of intermediate up/down locking mechanisms security was achieved without the need for any bottom tracking which may have otherwise impeded foot traffic through the storefront.

The door on this project was an expansive 6000mm x 3200mm high. The maximum achievable height is 4500mm.

A special radius curve was installed to the top track to accommodate the irregular shaped curvature of this tenancy.

ATDC has recently completed an installation of its glass stacking door  GS3 glass stacking door to secure the shopfront of the Adore Beauty tenancy which opened last week at Broadway Shopping Centre just outside the Sydney CBD.

PROJECT DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

The  glass stacking door on this project spanned 5500mm wide x 3400mm high and it is designed with its stackable panels  centrally top hung .These 750mm wide panels are suspended from industrial  grade hangar assemblies housed in stainless steel carriages from a marine grade  aluminium top  track. This top track in turn is supported along its entire span by an overheard structural support beam. The curtain infill on these doors is a 6.38mm translucent laminated safety glass. Locking is achieved through intermediate down locks along the entire width of the door which alleviates the need for any floor track.

PRODUCT DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

This Grey Dulux Duralloy powdercoated door was manufactured with a marine grade aluminium top track and the curtain infill consisted of 300mm wide stacking panels with a transparent clear polycarbonate which optimizes see through visibility.

A number of up/down locking mechanisms along the span of the door allows for seamless lock up without the need for any bottom tracking. An internal egress handle at the end of the door allows for emergency exit without the use of a key.

The door on this project was an expansive 10500mm x 3300mm high.The maximum achievable height is in fact 4500mm for this type of folding door whilst the maximum width is unlimited.

Security Shutter Specifications

Manufactured from locally sourced aluminium extrusions and using best quality materials and componentry, the 8 x marine grade ,heavy duty,  aluminium extruded roller shutters on this project are electric operated with an external key switch for added security and emergency egress buttons on the internal for the designated entries. The installation included the provision of UPS battery backup mechanisms as a precautionary measure allowing the uninterrupted operation of the shutters in the event of a power failure.

The finish on this project was a standard Black Dulux Powdercoat finish.

Project managers for this installation were Dandenong-south based Associated Projects, a renowned national fitout company.
