The range includes widespan systems to span very large apertures, often with heavy duty electric motors to effortlessly drive these shutters for ease of operation and include optional security features such as key switch operation. Infills options include transparent or solid curtains or even grille link infills, and finishes can be in natural anodised or they can be powdercoated.
The Australian Trellis Door Company (ATDC) has recently installed its slimline RS8 Aluminium security roller grilles to the storefront at True Thai Massage at McKillop Street in Melbourne’s CBD.
The RS8 economy roller grille on this project was a 3000mm wide x 2500mm high system, manually operated and key lockable. The grille curtain consisted of aluminium tubing connected by injection molded black nylon connectors which create and form the system’s unique brick pattern appearance. The curtain rolls up and retracts into a slimline overhead pelmet box. Electric operation is an option for larger sized applications.
This roller grilles allows both ventilation as well as through visibility making it the ideal deterrent for securing serveries and bars, reception counters and benchtops, storefronts, arcades, alcoves and food service establishments.
A 12-month warranty against defective materials and workmanship applies.
